وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نےخط کے جواب کے لیے، نوازشریف سے  مشاورت کی اور نوزشریف نےہدیت کی کہ  جواب میں تمام حائق  قوم کے سامنے رکھےجائیں

 (اسلام آباد) نواز شریف نے صدر مملکت عارف علوی کے پیغام کی بنیاد پر وزیراعظم کو اہم ہدایات دے دیں۔ حالات کے مطابق وزیراعظم شیخ باز شریف نے خط کے جواب پر مشاورت میں جلد بازی کی، کیونکہ انہوں نے شیخ باز شریف کو تمام حقائق قوم کے سامنے رکھنے کا حکم دیا۔ شہباز شریف سے وفاقی وزیر قانون نذیر طلال سمیت پارٹی کے اہم رہنماؤں نے ملاقات کی، جہاں انہوں نے صدر کے خط کا موثر جواب دینے کی تجویز دی۔

حکومتی ترجمان اور پارٹی رہنما بھرپور جواب دیں گے۔ صدر نے گزشتہ روز انتخابات کے حوالے سے وزیر اعلیٰ کو خط لکھا تھا جس میں ان سے کہا گیا تھا کہ وہ متعلقہ محکموں کو ہدایت کریں کہ وہ پنجاب اور خیبرپختونخوا میں بروقت انتخابات کے انعقاد میں الیکشن کمیشن کی مدد کریں۔

توہین عدالت سمیت مزید پیچیدگیوں سے بچنے کے لیے اقدامات کریں۔ خط کے مطابق انہوں نے "وفاقی اور صوبائی حکومتوں کے حکام کو الیکشن کمیشن کی مدد کرنے کی ہدایت کی ہے۔"

مجاز انتظامی حکام کو انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی نہ کرنے کی ہدایت کی جانی چاہیے۔ حال ہی میں انسانی حقوق کی سنگین خلاف ورزیاں معمول بن گئی ہیں۔ ان خلاف ورزیوں کو پرنٹ، الیکٹرانک اور سوشل میڈیا پر اجاگر کیا گیا ہے۔ وزیراعظم کو ایسے واقعات سے آگاہ کرنا چاہیے۔ ان سے کہا گیا کہ حادثے کو ٹھیک کریں اور درست کریں۔ صوبائی کونسل کی تحلیل کے 90 دنوں کے اندر انتخابات کا انعقاد ضروری ہے۔

سپریم کورٹ نے الیکشن کمیشن کو صدر کی سفارش کرنے کا حکم دے دیا۔ انہوں نے گورنر خیبرپختونخوا کو عام انتخابات کی تاریخ مقرر کرنے کا بھی حکم دیا۔ خط میں پولیس اور قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کی سنگینی اور شہریوں کے خلاف طاقت کے بے تحاشہ استعمال کی بھی نشاندہی کی گئی۔

عارف علوی نے خط میں لکھا کہ ایسا لگتا ہے کہ وفاقی حکومت اور عبوری حکومت کو معذوری ظاہر کرنا ضروری ہے، متعلقہ محکموں کے سربراہان کو انتخابات میں معذوری ظاہر کرنا ضروری ہے۔ حکومت کمشنر اور الیکشن کمیشن کو ان کے فرائض کی انجام دہی میں معاونت کرے گی، جس کو میں ایگزیکٹو برانچ اور محکموں کی طرف سے آئین کی کھلی خلاف ورزی سمجھتا ہوں، الیکشن کمیشن نے 30 تاریخ کو پنجاب کے انتخابات کے اعلان کے بعد کوئی کارروائی نہیں کی۔ اپریل سپریم کورٹ کے حکم کی کھلی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہوئے الیکشن کمیشن نے پنجاب اور کے بی کے انتخابات کی تاریخ 8 اکتوبر کرنے کا اعلان کردیا۔

The government spokesperson and party leaders will respond in full. The President had yesterday written a letter to the Chief Minister regarding the elections, asking him to direct the concerned departments to assist the Election Commission in conducting timely elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Take steps to avoid further complications including contempt of court. According to the letter, he has "directed officials of the federal and provincial governments to assist the Election Commission."

Competent administrative authorities should be instructed not to violate human rights. Recently, gross violations of human rights have become the norm. These violations have been highlighted in print, electronic and social media. The Prime Minister should be informed about such incidents. They were asked to repair and correct the accident. Elections must be held within 90 days of the dissolution of the Provincial Council.

The Supreme Court ordered the Election Commission to recommend the President. He also ordered Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to fix the date of the general elections. The letter also pointed out the seriousness of the police and law enforcement agencies and the excessive use of force against citizens.

Arif Alvi wrote in the letter that it seems that the federal government and the interim government must show disability, and the heads of the relevant departments must show disability in the elections. The Government will assist the Commissioner and the Election Commission in the discharge of their duties, which I consider to be a clear violation of the Constitution by the Executive Branch and the Departments. did not In open violation of the April Supreme Court's order, the Election Commission announced to change the date of the Punjab and KB elections to October 8.
