وزیراعظم نے انکا استعفی منظور کیا، عرفان قادر بطور معاون خصوصی احتساب و داخلہ فرائض سر انجام دے رہے تھے،

 (اسلام آباد نیوز۔ 29 مارچ 2023ء) وزیراعظم کے معاون خصوصی عرفان قادر نے استعفیٰ دے دیا ہے۔ میڈیا رپورٹس میں ذرائع کے حوالے سے بتایا گیا ہے کہ وزیراعظم شیخ باز شریف نے معاون خصوصی کے عہدے سے عرفان قدیر کا استعفیٰ منظور کرلیا تو یہ خصوصی تقرری کیا ہے؟

قابل ذکر ہے کہ عرفان قادر آج پنجاب ملتوی انتخابات کیس میں الیکشن کمیشن کے وکیل کی حیثیت سے سپریم کورٹ میں پیش ہوئے، عرفان قادر نے کہا کہ میں حیران ہوں کہ کیا عدالت مجھے الیکشن کمیشن کے وکیل کی حیثیت سے سننا چاہتی ہے یا نہیں۔ الیکشن کمیشن کو بتانا کہ اگر میں الیکشن کمیشن کی نمائندگی نہیں کرتا تو چھوڑ دوں گا۔ چیف جسٹس نے تبصرہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ حامد علی شاہ اور سجیر سواتی کل الیکشن کمیشن کی جانب سے آئے تھے۔

اس سے قبل سماعت کے دوران جسٹس جمال مندوخیل نے کہا کہ میں یہ واضح کرنا چاہتا ہوں کہ میں نے سپریم کورٹ کے انتظامی مقدمات کو اندرونی معاملہ قرار دیا ہے اور مجھے اپنے اختلاف پر قائم رہنا چاہیے کیونکہ الیکشن نے خود ہی اس کیس کو ایک چار میں بتایا۔ - سے تین فیصلہ. . جسٹس جمال مندوخیل نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ سپریم کورٹ کے اکثریتی فیصلے نے ازخود نوٹیفکیشن کو مسترد کردیا اور اکثریت کے مطابق انتخابات کا حکم نہیں دیا گیا۔
